Privacy Policy

TenStella builds thoughtful software. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and how we look after it. Our default is to collect as little as possible.

Last updated: May 15, 2026

Information We Collect

We keep this deliberately small:

  • Information you provide. For example, the content of an email you send us, or account details if you use a product that requires an account.
  • Information collected automatically. Privacy-respecting, aggregate usage data (such as pages viewed, device or browser type, and approximate region) and standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) retained briefly for security and reliability.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect more than we need to run our products well.

How Information Is Used

We use the limited information we hold to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our products and website.
  • Respond to your messages and provide support.
  • Keep our services secure and prevent abuse.
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Data Protection

We take a measured, practical approach to keeping information safe:

  • Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
  • Access is limited to the people and systems that genuinely need it.
  • We retain information only as long as necessary, then delete or anonymize it.
  • You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal information at any time by contacting us.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to continuously improve our practices.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate our products. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and we share only what is necessary:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
  • Analytics tools — privacy-respecting, aggregate usage measurement.
  • App infrastructure providers — hosting and operational tooling that keeps our apps running.
